JOB REQUIREMENTS: Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Deliver comprehensive customer applications training and support both onsite and at customer facilities - Collaborate with senior applications engineers to conduct vital time studies, test cuts, and impactful machine demonstrations - Master the programming of multi-axis applications using cutting-edge CAM systems - Provide invaluable sales support at major tradeshows and exclusive open house events - Partner with senior applications engineers to pioneer advanced machining processes, pushing the boundaries of innovation - Maintain our state-of-the-art facility by working on showroom equipment as needed ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Requirements: - Technical school degree in blueprint reading, machining, manufacturing, or related machining field experience - 2-4 years of hands-on experience in machining and/or training roles - Proficiency in CNC machining and programming - Familiarity with CNC controls, particularly Heidenhain or Siemens systems, is highly preferred - Excellent written and spoken English skills are essential - Excel in teamwork dynamics and consistently deliver high performance - Located in Franklin, WI - Willingness to travel extensively to engage with our global clientele ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: E-Mail a Rsum: nicholas@hatchstaff.com This position is listed by a private employment agency.
