Description:

This role reviews e-communications from the field and from clients.

• Monitor electronic communications within applications while making risk-based decisions.

• Support centralized supervision which provides compliance and services to the field.

• High level of reading comprehension with the ability to think critically and logically.

MUST HAVES:

• Ability to learn industry products.

• High level of reading comprehension and the ability to think critically and make logical decisions.

• SharePoint experience

• Strong experience and knowledge of basic technologies such as Outlook and Microsoft programs

• This role requires 1-3 plus years of professional or similar experience.

NICE TO HAVES:

• Compliance or any form of financial industry experience a plus!

Work Environment

• Remote team reviewing e-communications of the field and clients

• Need to be able to work in CST hours M-F 8am-5pm
