Job Title: Quality Technician

Job Description

Our client develops and manufactures the most diverse product line of color matched color concentrates, masterbatches, and pigment dispersions of any colorant company in the world. They make colored plastic material that is then sent out to other companies to make their product with it. You will get a little dirty working here.

As a Quality Technician, you will: - Conduct lab testing of manufactured products (both in-process and finished product batches) - Review test findings with the Quality Control Manager - Make comparative displays using a lab scale 2-roll mill, extruder, and injection molder - Conduct both spectrophotometric and visual color inspections - Make adjustments to batches - Document findings into computers - Weigh and mix ingredients, test materials, etc.

Hard Skills

• 3-5 years of Quality Control experience

• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 4 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Milton, Wisconsin.

Work Environment

2nd shift - 3pm-11:30pm M-F with a $0.75 shift premium. Compensation starts at $20/hr.+ (depending on experience).
