We are currently accepting applications for a Quality Lead in our new, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Milton, WI, conveniently located north of Janesville. The Quality Lead will work 9-hour shifts, 3:00 pm-12:30 am, Monday-Friday or Sunday-Thursday, beginning 1/1/2025. JOB SUMMARY: Execute the quality systems and programs to prevent or eliminate food safety risks and product quality defects in new and existing products. Provides adminstrative assistance to the Quality Assurance Department. The Quality Lead maintains the authority to cease operations in the event that compliance to quality standards are not being met. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following. Other duties as assigned. Maintain regulatory compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulatory requirements. Execute the quality systems and programs to prevent or eliminate food safety risks and product quality defects in new and existing products. Actively monitor the production floor for compliance to quality systems and programs with an emphasis on identifying gaps between the production floor practices and the quality systems and programs.
