We are in search of a SEC Reporting Manager to join our client based in Milpitas, California. As a SEC Reporting Manager, you'll be tasked with preparing financial statements, notes, and managing our company's capital structure. You'll play an integral role in our financial operations, including the preparation of quarterly filings and investor presentation materials. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and oversee the company's quarterly filings on Form 10-Q/10-K with the Securities and Exchange Commission

• Manage the accounting for the company's capital structure, including debt and equity

• Prepare the company's statement of cash flows

• Coordinate the preparation of Form 8-K for the quarterly earnings release

• Develop and maintain accurate financial records

• Assist in the creation of investor presentation materials

• Ensure compliance with US GAAP in all financial reporting

• Oversee the management of stock compensation

• Utilize Workiva for various accounting functions

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements • Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

• Strong proficiency in Financial Statement preparation and analysis

• Experience in SEC Reporting, including knowledge of Form 10-Q, Form 10-K, Form 8-K, and Earnings Release

• Demonstrated ability in Financial Notes and Filing preparation

• Familiarity with Capital Management and Cash Flow Analysis

• Proven expertise in Deliverable production and Equity Capital management

• Thorough understanding of US GAAP

• Experience in managing Debt and Securities and Exchange Commission interactions

• Capable of creating clear and concise Presentation Material

• Proficient in using Workiva for accounting functions

• Understanding of Stock Compensation accounting and reporting
