We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Financial Project Manager in Millstadt, Illinois. This role revolves around the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central within a company that specializes in the manufacturing of cable tray systems. The successful candidate will be expected to work in a dynamic environment and leverage their expertise in managing various business processes, such as sales, marketing, service, finance, operations, and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to streamline business processes.

• Ensure the proper setup of the system for efficient tracking of schedules, including resource allocation, production lead time, and demand forecasting.

• Address potential issues related to supply chain, workforce, and process inefficiencies.

• Monitor equipment downtime and devise strategies to minimize its impact on the production process.

• Maintain an effective communication channel with all stakeholders to address any potential issues promptly.

• Utilize accounting software systems to manage finances, sales, and customer service.

• Leverage the D365 platform to automate business processes and enhance operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with the team to continue the use of existing systems alongside the new implementation.

Requirements • Proficient understanding and experience with Accounting Software Systems

• Prior experience with D365 is a must

• Demonstrated ability to effectively use Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

• Proven track record of managing financial projects successfully

• Strong understanding of financial regulations and procedures

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail oriented

• Ability to communicate complex financial information in an understandable way

• Demonstrated leadership abilities and team management skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field

• Detail oriented certification in Project Management is preferred

• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines

• Proven ability to develop and manage budgets for projects.
