Adecco US, Inc. Production Planner in Mills, Wyoming
The Production Planner is responsible for managing the production schedule across North American sites to ensure deadlines are met. This includes planning material, equipment, and staffing needs, scheduling production and shipments, and monitoring processes. The role involves coordinating with different departments to streamline production and implement lean processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and update production schedules from prep through final shipping.
Manage monthly and quarterly schedules, and Plan 6/12 (6-month rolling forecast).
Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for production efficiency.
Implement lean production models and coordinate across sites.
Work closely with procurement, shipping, and other teams to ensure timely delivery and material flow.
Qualifications:
Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferably in a planning role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced).
Benefits :
Salary Range $60k-$85k/yr
