Key Functions:

• Work safely
• Maintain plant equipment lubrication requirements including regular greasing and oiling and oil changes
• Follow and optimize the plant lubrication schedule, and continuously improve the lubrication program
• Ensure oil analysis and sampling is completed as scheduled and necessary follow-ups are completed in timely manner
• Maintain inventory of lubricants by working with 3rd party vendors
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness of lubricant storage and dispensing equipment
• Report mechanical issues identified during lubrication work
• Manage disposal of waste oil in accordance with plant environmental requirements
• Use aerial work platforms and manlifts at all heights and locations and at all temperatures (heat and cold)
• Must clearly communicate well with vendors, operators, maintenance and leadership
• Responsible for improving and eliminating lubrication reliability downtime

• Utilize CMMS to create work orders and evaluate PMs

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• High school diploma or GED required
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to understand maintenance manuals
• Solid computer skills, SAP knowledge is an asset
• Ability to manage time and prioritize work
• Successfully complete forklift training
