Job Description

Manage all floor activities, overseeing 3-5 direct reports. Responsibilities include submitting and managing orders to ensure they are processed accurately and on time. Verify details of what's being packed, shipped, and stored, and plan shipments accordingly. The role also requires hands-on involvement in various tasks such as cleaning and operating lines as needed.

This is a fully on-site position in Millington, Tennessee.

Work Environment

The work environment is a non-temperature controlled space similar to a foundry, with furnaces that can make the area very hot, and cold during the winter months. It can be dusty and dirty with non-toxic white zinc oxide present in the air. The role involves regular exposure to extreme heat, moving mechanical parts, high places, fumes, airborne particles, and a generally loud noise level.
