Divisions within BNANO include Bruker AXS, Bruker Nano Analytics, Bruker Nano Surfaces and Metrology, Fluorescence Microscopy, and Canopy. The Production Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the manufacturing process remains smooth and efficient by organizing workflows and monitoring staff. They direct, train, and assist lower-level manufacturing and production workers as well as daily management of the production line(s). This individual is also responsible for the supervision of additional personnel hired to support increased sales demand. Responsibilities Supervise assigned personnel Supervising operations within a facility to achieve the demand plan Organizing training and educational materials for the production team Maintain cross-training matrixes for manufacturing personnel Leading daily production management meetings, documenting and reporting metrics Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding of new hires Ensure compliance with QA/RA, safety, and professional standards within a facility Organizing, monitoring, and prioritizing tasks to meet production goals Evaluating various stations of the production operation to ensure optimum efficiency and SWIP Maintaining communication between employees and cross-functional departments to ensure procedures and policies are well-understood Ensuring the flow of raw materials and other resources Consider equipment, personnel, and environmental constraints in manufacturing Work with Development Engineering to propose and evaluate processes that can be used to reduce costs, improve quality Qualifications At Bruker, base salary is part of our total compensation. The estimated base salary range for this full-time position is between $66,000.00 - $105,000.00/yr. and provides an opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role.The base salary for the role will depend on a several job-related factors, including, but not limited to education, training, experience, the geographic location of the successful candidate, skills, competencies, job-related knowledge and travel requirements for this position.
