Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounting Assistant in Milford, Massachusetts. This role is primarily focused on organizing data, reconciling accounts, and creating reports within the industry. Our workplace environment emphasizes collaboration and efficiency.

Responsibilities include:

• Accurately organizing and managing financial data in accounting software systems

• Conducting bank reconciliations and resolving discrepancies

• Creating comprehensive financial reports for review

• Efficiently using ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning in daily accounting functions

• Sending out detailed financial information to relevant parties

• Ensuring the accuracy of accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Conducting auditing activities to maintain financial integrity

• Undertaking ad hoc projects related to accounting and finance. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required

• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is necessary

• A strong understanding of all Accounting Functions is essential

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is needed

• Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) is crucial

• Auditing skills are important

• Ability to perform Bank Reconciliations is mandatory
