Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Waste Water & Water Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the supervised operation of our water treatment system, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our wastewater processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor the water treatment system under supervision.

• Adhere to all safety requirements, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and following Lockout/Tagout procedures.

• Assist with compliance recordkeeping and process control lab work.

• Perform maintenance on wastewater equipment to ensure optimal performance.

• Report and prevent unsafe acts and conditions in accordance with Process Safety Management protocols.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• At least one year of acceptable operating experience in a similar role.

• Active Wastewater Level I license (or in the process of certification; employment is conditional on passing the certification test).

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

• Ability to work 3rd shift (Sunday - Wednesday, 6 PM - 6:30 AM).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $79040.00

• Hourly employees receive their pay every Friday.

• Medical benefits are provided by Blue Cross Blue Shield.

• Dental coverage is through Delta Dental.

• Vision benefits are offered by VSP.

• Company offers onsite Wellness Center at no cost for employees enrolled in our benefits program, including their immediate family members.
