Hybrid Opportunity - 3 days onsite (Milford, CT) and 2 days remote.

Your role in our future

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage payment processes, support month-end reporting, and assist with audits and special projects. You will work closely with internal and external partners, ensuring timely and accurate payments, while helping improve processes.

• Process and reconcile vendor invoices (PO/Non-PO), ensuring payments are made on time

• Support month-end close, including invoice accruals, journal entries, and account reconciliations

• Assist with internal/external audits and ad hoc projects

• Manage ACH/Wire payments and corporate purchasing card reconciliations

• Maintain and improve accounts payable processes and systems

• Build strong cross-functional relationships to resolve payment-related issues

Your profile

• Experience in a high-volume accounts’ payable role (5+ years preferred)

• Proficiency with Oracle or SAP ERP systems

• Familiarity with accounts payable imaging and workflow tools

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

This position has an hourly pay range of:

$19.38-$29.09
