Title: Wealth Advisor CFP, Wealth Management

Location: Peninsula, Hybrid Schedule

Salary: $150-170k + Bonus + Profit Sharing

About the Company: Wealth Management firm specializing in serving clients in the professional services field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design comprehensive financial plans covering all aspects of planning such as cash flow, goal planning, retirement planning, tax planning, risk management and insurance reviews.

• Evaluate planning scenarios, provide observations and recommendations, and present interactive financial plans during meetings.

• Prepare for and attend quarterly reviews with clients, provide planning insights, oversee onboarding of new client accounts, and resolve service issues with the custodian.

• Participate in business development.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in financial planning and wealth management.

• Active Series 65 with clean U-4.

• Financial, retirement, and tax planning experience.

• Excellent verbal communication skills with advanced writing and grammatical proficiency.

• Operational knowledge working with large custodians and trading platforms.

• A strong interest in business development.

• CFP® designation or scheduled for the CFP® exam.
