His role involves coordinating workers, managing the site, and ensuring the successful completion of the project. Here are the key responsibilities:
Project Coordination: The Site Manager organizes and oversees the entire construction process, from site preparation to project completion.
Daily Operations: He manages daily work activities, ensuring smooth progress on the construction site.
