Description and Requirements

What you'll do:

  • Develop customer relationships at all organizational levels and increase prevalence in all product groups.

  • Track and report business development results, analyze data, and interpret reports and information.

  • Manage and plan business and sales activities to meet sales targets and objectives.

  • Represent the company successfully by establishing strong communication with customers.

  • Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions.

  • Make regular customer/field visits to follow up on the voice of customers and the market closely.

What you'll bring:

  • Proven experience in business development and sales.

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and reports.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage and plan business activities effectively.

  • Customer-focused with a strong ability to identify and meet customer needs.

  • Willingness to travel for customer/field visits.
