CBRE GWS is looking for a Fleet Coordinator based in Milan.
The Fleet Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the company's fleet of vehicles in specific locations.
This includes tasks such as accident management, contract management, database management, fines management,Purchase Request (PR), purchase order (PO), car list management, car reallocation, reporting, short term management, supplier management, etc.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Holistic fleet management
Physical handling of (pool) vehicle handovers (familiarisation with the vehicle, recording of damages, keeping a log)
Handling of leasing contracts and claims management (in cooperation with existing service providers)
Interface between company car user, internal stakeholders and leasing company, car dealer and service provider
Monitoring and reporting of vehicle deliveries
Handling and control of contract management including invoice verification and approval
Drivers license checks
Processing of reduced value appraisals of leasing returns
Customer care via telephone & e-mail in local language and english
Processing the mail that arrives daily (e.g. tax assessment notices, administrative offences, information letters)
Additional local tasks related to local fleet
Compliance with all health, safety and environmental requirements, according to work instructions or training content
Compiance with emergency prevention and operational monitoring guidelines
Reporting accidents, occupational diseases and emergencies
Apply, execute and monitor function-related quality standards
