Sea Logistics Operational Care Trainee is part of a team in the Operational Care Center responsible for coordinating transport activities by: - Executing the necessary bookings with our partners through destinations offices - Executing collections as per customer's request - Executing the requisite data entry - Executing financial tasks related to operational activities - All of these activities are to be performed in compliance with rules and regulations governing sea transport and associated national protocols.

Sea Logistics Operational Care Trainee to support colleagues by learning and applying due diligence in the OCC disciplines:
Processing Customer Orders
Shipment Management Export/Import with Suppliers
Suppliers Management/Procurement
Documentation Management
Customer satisfaction and CARE in support of the CCL
Customs Clearance
Operational Data Quality
Billing/FSL Handling/Payables
Any other operational activity needed to deliver the Customer Promise
Your Skills and Experiences
Great analytic and organization skills
Good knowledge of English
