Location: Midvale, UT (On-site)
Days/Hours: Monday – Friday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Administers and coordinates motor vehicle fleet activities that include licensing, registration, and other activities to maintain compliance with fleet-specific regulations
Assist with budgeting and finances of title, registration, and other fleet-related activities
Generate, prepare, and analyze reports and data associated with fleet and company-owned assets
Maintains proper documentation and activities within systems for tracking and reporting
Complete forms and data entry within the Asset Management System
Assist with the sale of equipment by taking or collecting photos, creating advertisements, and other administrative functions
Assists with the movement of assets using brokers, freight companies, or other providers of transportation services
Coordinates with other internal teams such as safety, risk, tax, and accounting
Completes audit of titles and associated ownership documents on an ongoing basis
Requirements to Be Successful in This Position:
Take directions well and can prioritize a task list within given time constraints
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong personal discipline, effective time management, and excellent organizational skills
Proficient financial and accounting skills
Proficiency in basic computer software, including email, MS Office, particularly Excel, and Oracle; ability to create financial spreadsheets, accurate data entry and typing skills
Willing to perform a variety of tasks to complete the job.
Impeccable integrity
Detail-oriented and self-starter
Responds well to high-pressure situations
Be able to interact well with others via phone, email, and in person
Preferred Education/Experience:
Associate degree or 1-3 years of related experience
Applicable experience with fleet registration is a plus
