Who We Are:
Texas Pride Fuels is an experienced full-service diesel and lubricant supplier to the oil and gas industry. We specialize in on-site automated frac fueling service all over Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico.
What You'll Do:
The Terminal Manager will oversee daily transportation operations and the successful distribution of diesel fuel across multiple locations in West Texas, ensuring drivers are set up for success. The Terminal Manager will utilize demonstrated strong leadership qualities and experience to make decisions, maintain and improve upon standard operating procedures and safety culture, troubleshoot issues in real time, and be a go-to resource for all drivers in West Texas.
What We're Looking For:
The Terminal Manager will have a broad knowledge base and extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, in transportation and delivery, and in dispatching and driver management. The Terminal Manager will have a demonstrated background of leadership, effective communication with personnel and customers, real-time decision making, and commitment to safety.
When and Where You'll Work:
This position will work an 5-6 day on/2 off rotation in Midland, operating out of our Midland yard.
