JOB SUMMARY

Coordinates inbound and outbound logistical operations, including inventory management, warehousing and transportation to ensure sufficient supply of goods and products. Controls the commercial impact of the complete range of activities from receiving, locating and dispatching, sourcing, purchasing and optimizing inventory levels. Administers an effective system that meets the organization's inventory control needs through efficient transportation of raw materials, component parts and/or finished goods.

All activities will be performed in support of the strategy, and vision of the organization. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)

• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

• Two (2) or more years Experience in Transportation, Logistics, or related field (Required)

• No Licensure or Certification Required.

• Ensuring pickups and deliveries are made in accordance with service level targets.

• Dispatching drivers and common carriers to appropriate pickup and delivery locations.

• Reconcile data received from 3rd party carriers daily against operational plans.

• Complete daily and weekly operational reports.

• Answering a high volume of incoming calls.
