Description We are offering a contract for a permanent position in the industry for a General Office Clerk. Located in Midland, Texas, you will be part of a team where your primary role will be to keep the office running smoothly by ensuring accurate and efficient processing of customer-related tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving their inquiries

• Assume accountability for data entry tasks, ensuring precision and efficiency

• Assist with the management of account receivables as required

• Support the payroll process when necessary

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of titles

• Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to maintain accurate customer credit records

• Provide administrative assistance to streamline office operations Requirements • Minimum 1 year of experience as a General Office Clerk or in a similar role

• Proficiency in administrative assistance tasks and duties

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction

• Ability to perform data entry tasks with high accuracy

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting tasks

• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook for email and calendar management

• Competency in using Microsoft Word for document creation and editing

• Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) processes

• Knowledge of payroll procedures and related tasks TalentMatch®
