Description We are seeking a Bookkeeper to join our team in Midland, Texas. In this role, you will be essential in ensuring that our financial records are accurately maintained, customer applications are processed, and inquiries are resolved in a timely manner. You will be part of an industry that is dynamic and fast-paced, where your skills in account reconciliation, data entry, and bookkeeping will be put to good use.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate processing of customer applications

• Maintain and update customer credit records

• Resolve customer inquiries effectively and promptly

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Conduct bank reconciliations regularly

• Manage payroll processes and records

• Use QuickBooks for various bookkeeping tasks

• Perform month-end close activities

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry and other tasks. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar bookkeeping role

• Proficiency in account reconciliation

• Experience with accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)

• Familiarity with bank reconciliation processes

• Demonstrated skills in bookkeeping

• Accurate and efficient data entry skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Experience in month end close procedures

• Familiarity with payroll processes

• Proficiency in QuickBooks software
