The Role:
We're seeking a dynamic and skilled CNC/EDM Operator & Programmer to join our 3rd Shift Team ! This is a direct-hire position with opportunities to grow and be a key player in a fast-paced, innovative environment. You will be integral in running and programming both Wire EDM and CNC Mill operations, helping to drive quality , efficiency , and continuous improvement in our manufacturing processes.

What You’ll Do:
Operate and Maintain Cutting-Edge Technology: You will run both Wire EDM and CNC Mills , including water jet operations, performing setups, programming, tooling, and quality checks to meet exacting specifications.
Make a Real Impact on Production: Program and modify CNC and EDM machines, helping increase efficiency and accuracy across multiple machines, sometimes running them simultaneously.
Be a Part of an Innovative Team: Work closely with the CNC Leader , Programmers , Die Makers , and Die Repair Teams to tackle challenges and provide solutions that elevate our production processes.
Solve Complex Challenges: Program, optimize, and troubleshoot to ensure parts are produced to perfection. Utilize your expertise in CAD, micrometers, and other precision tools to ensure we’re always hitting the mark.
Drive Continuous Improvement: Participate in MTPS activities , consistently finding ways to enhance machine effectiveness, reduce waste, and boost overall production quality.
Collaborate for Success: Contribute your ideas to improve everything from tooling to equipment performance, while ensuring compliance with ISO standards and safety regulations.
Work in a Dynamic, Fast-Paced Environment: Every day presents a new challenge—whether you’re developing prototypes, troubleshooting programs, or working on complex, high-precision components, you’ll be at the cutting edge of the manufacturing process.
What We’re Looking For:
2+ Years of Experience : You’ve been in the field for at least two years as an EDM Operator and CNC Machinist , and you have a solid grasp on precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.) and programming software (Fanuc for EDM, MasterCam for CNC).
Expertise in CNC and EDM Operations : You’re comfortable setting up, programming, and operating both EDM and CNC machines and have experience optimizing them for maximum performance.
Passionate About Precision : You know the importance of reading and interpreting part prints, CAD data, and tolerances, and you ensure accuracy every time.
Strong Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving Skills : You excel at identifying issues, recommending solutions, and ensuring the job is done right the first time.
Team Player with a Positive Attitude : You thrive in a collaborative environment where you can share ideas, offer support, and tackle problems together with your teammates.
Tech-Savvy and Detail-Oriented : From building tools to determining speeds and feeds, you’re comfortable using the latest tech to get the job done efficiently and with precision.
