Job Posting: Electro-Mechanical Technician

Job Description:

We are seeking two qualified Electro-Mechanical Technicians to join our team for the start-up of a new building in 2025. The facility will feature a Raymond West Automation system and is located just three minutes from the existing site. This role requires expertise in both electrical and mechanical systems within an industrial environment. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining a variety of equipment including sortation systems, box makers, pack formers, forklifts, printers, labelers, HVAC systems, and camera systems.

Responsibilities:

• Perform highly diversified duties to maintain facilities and plant equipment.

• Provide emergency repairs of facilities and equipment during production and scheduled maintenance.

• Perform mechanical skills including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repairs.

• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.

• Recommend subcontractors for specific issues.

• Responsible for preventive maintenance, reactive maintenance, and troubleshooting in both old and new facilities until fully transitioned.

Essential Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance.

• Proficiency in both mechanical and electrical systems.

• Understanding of automation equipment.

• Experience with 480v electrical systems and PLC troubleshooting.

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
