DESCRIPTION OF WORK

As a Clerical Supervisor 2, you will perform a full range of supervisory duties over a staff of Clerk 3s in support of the timely and accurate processing of Lottery Scratch Off Accounting tasks.  You will be responsible for examining and reviewing the files, forms, documents, and computer records that have been processed by staff for completeness and accuracy.  Excellent interpersonal skills are exercised to assist customers via phone and email to obtain requested information and resolve any issues.  Additional duties include ensuring accuracy of accounting data, reviewing retailer credit requests and debiting retailer accounts for credits due, preparing proof-of-loss forms, and issuing credits for illegible or damaged tickets.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: One year as a Clerical Supervisor 1; or One year as a Clerical Assistant 3; or Two years of as a Clerical Assistant 2; or An equivalent combination of experience and training.

Additional Requirements: You must be able to perform essential job functions.

Preferred Qualifications (not required): Call center experience. Customer service experience.
