Description ERP Business Analyst - Bridging Operations and IT in Manufacturing Are you an experienced analyst with a passion for manufacturing and a knack for ERP systems? We're seeking a talented ERP Business Analyst to join our dynamic team and drive operational excellence through our Dynamics 365 ERP system. About the Role As our ERP Business Analyst, you'll be the linchpin between Operations and IT, leveraging your expertise to optimize processes, implement cutting-edge solutions, and develop comprehensive training programs. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our manufacturing operations while working with state-of-the-art technology. Key Responsibilities - Identify and scope operational process improvement opportunities within ERP functions - Manage and drive project development and implementation - Develop and maintain training content for ERP processes - Foster strong cross-functional relationships, especially with IT, L&D, Supply Chain, and CE - Troubleshoot and optimize ERP systems What We're Looking For - 6+ years of ERP analysis experience - 3+ years of Dynamics 365/AX7 experience - Solid background in manufacturing operations - Expertise in ERP process development and deployment - Technical understanding of ERP systems, with D365 proficiency preferred - Experience with training content and L&D (preferred) - PMP Certification (preferred) Skills That Set You Apart - Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Proficiency in system assessment tools (Process Mapping, fit-gap analysis) - Expert-level understanding of ERP functionality, logic, syntax, and troubleshooting - Strong cross-departmental teamwork skills - Excellent communication abilities - Adept at managing deadlines while maintaining adaptability Physical Requirements This role involves standing and walking in various environments, including production areas. You should be comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally and working with standard office equipment. Work Environment You'll have the opportunity to work in diverse settings, including office, production, and warehouse areas. PPE may be required in certain locations.
