Description of the role:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Auto Client Retention Specialist to join our team at Friendly Acura of Middletown. This role requires a strong background in dealership operations and a passion for providing excellent customer service. As an Auto Client Retention Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities:
Proactively engage with clients to maintain ongoing communication and build strong relationships
Monitor client accounts and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
Coordinate with various departments to ensure excellent service delivery to clients
Track and report on client retention metrics
Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors' offerings
Requirements:
Prior experience in a dealership environment is essential
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
