Description We are seeking an Inventory Clerk to join our team in Middleton, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be handling incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and managing any issues that arise in shipping or inventory handling. This position is based in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming shipments by verifying and inspecting items for accuracy and damages, matching shipping documents to product orders, and storing received items in designated areas.

• Prepare outgoing shipments by packing and labeling materials according to instructions, preparing shipping documents, and coordinating with carriers for timely delivery.

• Manage inventory by tracking levels, maintaining accurate records, organizing and cataloging items in the stockroom, and conducting regular audits.

• Operate shipping and receiving equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently, and ensure their good working condition.

• Prepare regular reports on shipping and receiving for management, and handle any issues arising in shipping or inventory handling.

• Adhere to environmental management and systems in all operations. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role as an Inventory Clerk

• Proficiency in using ADP - Financial Services software

• Familiarity with Cerner Technologies

• Experience with Epic Software

• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Understanding of ERP Solutions

• Proficiency in using About Time software

• Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls

• Experience in Auditing

• Ability to create and interpret Charts - Graphs

• Proficiency in Clerical Duties

• Experience in Shipping procedures

• Knowledge of Shipping & Receiving procedures TalentMatch®
