Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage transportation, shipping documentation, and distribution. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy, monitor shipment costs, and ensure compliance with shipping policies. This role requires effective communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with various departments and carriers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate transportation with carriers to ensure timely deliveries.

• Ensure vendors follow all shipping policies and guidelines.

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

• Review purchase orders and shipping documents for accuracy.

• Track and manage shipping details and related documents.

• Handle distribution and shipment arrangements as needed.

• Use critical thinking to solve problems quickly and effectively.

• Generate and analyze daily reports.

• Communicate with various departments within the company.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• 3+ years of relevant experience preferred.

• Strong interpersonal communication skills.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
