Place of work: Slovakia (remote)

Wage (gross) and other rewards: minimum 2.000€ / monthly (depending on experiences and quality of the candidate) + annual global incentive plan-bonus and other benefits in compliance with social benefit program of the company

This specialist role within the Digital Workplace team will require a thorough technical knowledge of M365 technologies including Power Apps, Power Automate, as well as Azure AD. You will be working as part of a small team responsible for providing 2nd line BAU support as well as project delivery.

You must be M365 certified and preferably have scripting experience.

Good communication skills – both written and verbal English - and the ability to work with a multi-national team to ensure product rollouts are a success.

In addition, you´ll be required to support of ongoing knowledge transfer. You will also need a natural curiosity for identifying areas for improvement to prevent future problems. Supporting a diverse user population across 50+ countries, covering office locations, manufacturing sites and remote users.

Ability to manage project work independently and operate as part of a larger international team for more complex projects.

Key r esponsibilities and authority

Core duties, tasks, and responsibilities expected in the role. This includes the breadth and depth of the responsibilities to assess the level of complexity and impact. What decisions may the job holder make without first seeking approval from higher manager/supervisor? Does the role have signatory rights?

  • Responsible for Power Automate and Power Apps within M365

  • Be a 2nd levelescalation point, providing high-end technical support as appropriate.

  • Create and maintaining technical documentation.

  • Participate in project delivery.

  • Apply governance policies and best practices.

  • Investigate and fix incidents.

Key r equirements

  • Proven experience in a global organization driving business outcomes using the M365 environment

  • Deep knowledge and experience of the entire M365 suite but with a particular focus on Power Automate & Power Apps

  • Knowlegde of Sharepoint online

  • M365 administration of services including reporting

  • Scripting experience including rule-based automation.

  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory & GPOs

  • Sharepoint

  • Powerapps

  • Zoom

Education / Qualifications

Identify the essential qualifications, education, and certifications necessary for success in the role.

  • 5 years of experience in IT in a multi-national enterprise environment.

  • 3+ years hands-on technical experience administering Microsoft 365Collaboration and Co-Authoring tools at an enterprise level.

  • 3+ years hands-on technical experience administering Microsoft Power Platform.

  • Ideally certifications in Power Platform

  • Experience with Zoom
