O'Neil & Associates, Inc. Sr. Project Manager in Miamisburg, Ohio

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Miamisburg, Ohio. In this role, you will assist in defining project objectives and provide oversight in accordance with priority, scope, and contractual specifications. You will serve as the customer's primary point-of-contact and internal advocate throughout the contractual relationship, including ongoing hosted solutions. This position involves communicating project updates to management, executing project management methods, and ensuring project deadlines are met, budgets are adhered to, and quality standards are achieved. As a Project Manager, you will support the sales process by generating and closing sales opportunities within assigned customer accounts. This role requires strong sales skills and an understanding of the commercial manufacturing and aerospace/defense industries. You will manage strategic accounts, develop strategies, and deliver sales presentations in person or via video conferencing. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Oversees assigned programs to ensure projects are completed within established timeline, budgeted hours, and company and customer guidelines Creates, negotiates, monitors, revises, and maintains program plans, schedules, and project specification throughout the life of the project including ongoing hosted solutions; may need to coordinate with other program managers within the company Establishes and maintains a good relationship with the customer and acts as a point-of-contact during the total life of the project Develops strong presentations to convey business value, set expectations, and promote additional software solutions to prospective customers and existing clients Provides and/or identifies sales opportunities for increased sales with customer or strategic accounts assigned Follows up on new leads and referrals for services; identifies sales prospects and passes that information to the appropriate Sales/Business Development team member Evaluates customers' needs and builds productive long-lasting relationships Develops sales quotes for approved software or services and routes to appropriate customer personnel Prepares sales presentations, proposals, and sales contracts Manages services performed through quality checks and other follow-up measures to ensure customer satisfaction Identifies and resolves client concerns; escalates to appropriate personnel when necessary Prepares status reports for new and existing client business Works with management in coordinating company staff to complete work as outlined MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Science (BS) in technology, graphic arts, business administration, sales, communication, or related field, or equivalent work experience is required Two to four (2-4) years of experience in technology and software development is required Experience with leading a successful project team and Agile software development (at least 2 years) Knowledge of USAF process and policy is desired BENEFITS: Medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, and long-term and short-term disability benefits Flexible working hours and generous paid time off Working on-site with hybrid options (Miamisburg, Ohio) 401K employer match Pet-friendly office Equal Opportunity Employer: O'Neil & Associates, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer, providing equal employment opportunities to all qualified individuals without regard to race, color, creed, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, age, disability, Vietnam Era or other eligible veteran status, or any other protected factor.
