Production Manager Position Summary:
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Manager! As a Production Manager you'll oversee the production process, coordinating all production activities and operations within. You'll need to:
Essential Job Functions:
- Plan production schedules as needed.
- Select equipment and take responsibility for its maintenance.
- Monitor productivity rates.
- Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed at all times.
- Ensure customer orders are completed on time and within budget and that quality standards and targets are met.
- Supervise and motivate a team of workers.
- Review worker performance and identify training needs. Training Needs:
- 1.) How to navigate Fishbowl for work order schedules and printing of work travelers.
- 2.) Quality Standards needed documents and their location on the computer.
- 3.) Company Handbook and Upper Managements expectation.
- MUST have experience in wire cable manufacturing
- MUST be mechanically and electronically skilled.
- MUST have management experience.
