Are you a skilled facility maintenance professional looking for an exciting opportunity to grow with a dynamic team? We're expanding our Facility Maintenance team from 2 to 4 members and are seeking a dedicated individual to help us maintain and improve our facilities. If you have a passion for maintenance and a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventative maintenance on various compressors, HVAC systems (over 1K watts), and chillers.

  • Maintain machinery across three interconnected buildings, including a cafeteria in the central building.

  • Document work orders using an ERP system.

  • Change engines, ducts, valves, and bearings.

  • Adhere to lockout/tagout procedures and wear PPE at all times.

  • Spend 75% of your time on tasks such as PM or repairs and 25% on documentation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in using sophisticated test and measurement equipment.

  • Ability to read and understand complex technical documentation.

  • Strong PC skills and experience with sophisticated software for documentation.

  • Excellent communication skills in English.

  • Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements (GMP and ISO).

  • Experience with compressors, chillers, and HVAC systems.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
