Aston Carter Associate Business Analyst in Miami Gardens, Florida
Description
Conducts basic operational analyses that supports informed decision making within the business unit, under the direction of a Sr. Bus. Analyst, Bus. Analyst I or immediate supervisor with mentoring and guidance. Key responsibilities include small to medium special projects, quantitative and qualitative research, process design and modification, and report development. Applies standardized tools and techniques. 1 year related experience preferred. Bachelor's degree a plus. The person in this position will work on cross-functional projects to drive impactful change. Projects vary greatly in scope and complexity requiring employee to perform various functions from defining requirements, troubleshooting, test development and execution to project management. The position responsibilities will require employee to become a subject matter expert in all billing options for both FPL and FPL NW, to effectively support the operation and projects, and ensure we continue to provide seamless experiences for our customers. Additional tasks and responsibilities will include: • Responsible for the application testing process for internal and external applications. This includes end-to-end user acceptance testing. Ability to execute test scripts, report defects accurately and thoroughly, and retest efficiently. • Collaborate with IT and other business units to solve real time technical issues and conduct root cause analysis • Ensure all processes are well documented • Build strong working understanding of the technical solution being delivered and analyzes and determines failure points in the solution

The Ideal candidate should have: o 1-3 year’s experience required o SAP knowledge preferred o Exposure to Agile program development methodology o Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills o Excellent written and oral communication skills o Strong attention to detail and organizational skills o Consistent follow-through o Ability to multi-task Bachelors degree is a plus

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.84 - $31.25/hr.
