[Under the supervision of Human Resources Manager, prepare new Employee Handbook and Policy Manual by researching, organizing, compiling, formatting, writing, and editing all information, materials, and topics for inclusion in the new handbook and policy manual as directed by HR Manager.[Research, organize, compile, format, write and edit the Employee Handbook and Policy Manual to include topics on the company's employment policies, working conditions, standards of conduct, security policy, company property, company benefits and wellness policies, and internal processes and procedures and any other topics as directed by HR Manager.[Research, organize, compile, format, write, and edit the Employee Handbook and Policy Manual to include topics for hiring new employees, completing Form I-9 and E-Verify information, the process and procedures to follow when hiring new employees and when terminating an employee, HR policies and procedures for payroll processing, sick leave and vacation compensation and any other topics as directed by HR Manager.[Finalize new Employee Handbook and Policy Manual for approval, publication, and issuance by company management. ]{aptos",sans-serif;="" padding:0in"=""}]{aptos",sans-serif;="" padding:0in"=""}]{aptos",sans-serif;="" padding:0in"=""}]{aptos",sans-serif;="" padding:0in"=""}
