Job Title: System Engineer IV Location: Miami, FL Clearance: Secret Certifications: DOD 8570 IAT Level II
Job Summary:
We are seeking a System Engineer IV to perform high-level systems analysis, evaluation, design, integration, documentation, and implementation of complex applications. This role requires extensive technical and administrative expertise to oversee all phases of system development, including planning, analysis, evaluation, integration, testing, and acceptance (IV&V and DT&E). The ideal candidate will apply advanced business and technical principles to solve difficult engineering challenges and create automated solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and participate in all phases of system development, with a focus on planning, analysis, integration, testing, and acceptance.
Apply advanced business and technical methodologies to resolve highly complex technical issues.
Design and prepare technical reports, documentation, charts, and graphs to record results.
Develop and deliver presentations and briefings as required by the Task Order.
Ensure the quality and performance of services delivered for assigned tasks.
May be required to serve as a Task Leader to oversee technical execution and project success.
Required Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 8 years in systems engineering or a related field.
Education: An Associate’s degree, Bachelor’s degree, or Master’s degree will be considered as equivalent experience.
Certification: DOD 8570 IAT Level II
Clearance Requirement: Secret
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong expertise in IV&V (Independent Verification & Validation) and DT&E (Developmental Test & Evaluation) methodologies.
Experience in technical documentation, data visualization, and performance reporting.
Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage system engineering projects.
