We are working on some great opportunities for a Staff Accountant or Sr. Staff

Salary: around $55-$65,000

Benefits: Full package, Health Insurance, generous PTO, Holidays and 401k

Schedule: Mon - Fri; In office

Location: within Miami around Kendal, Homestead area, and Doral

Keys to this Role:

• Bachelors of Accounting, Finance or related preferred

• Experience with booking entries, coding and classifications, Fixed Assets and Accruals

Staff Accountant or Sr. Staff duties include: Data input of invoices, Accounts Payables processing, coding, entries and classifications, account reconciliations, researching discrepancies, adjustments, review of GL, fixed assets, depreciation, accruals, other transactions. Updating excel reports as needed. Use of ERP or similar internal software.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years experience in Accounting

Bachelors of Accounting, Finance or related preferred

Experience with booking entries, coding and classifications, Fixed Assets and Accruals

Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, Excel

Knowledge of an ERP is needed
