Are you an experienced Shipping and Receiving Specialist looking for a new opportunity? Join our dynamic warehouse team and play a crucial role in our operations. We are seeking a proficient Bilingual English-Spanish peaking candidate who excels in handling merchandise, ensuring order accuracy, and maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming merchandise

• Use pick tickets to accurately pull merchandise for orders

• Pack orders, including shrink-wrapping contents onto pallets

• Re-stock inventory manually or with warehouse equipment

• Load and unload trucks, and perform order pulling

• Adhere to health and safety policies and quality standards

• Perform other general warehouse duties as needed

Essential Skills

• Proficient with sit-down forklifts and electric pallet jacks

• Minimum of 3 years of warehouse experience

• Proven experience as an order picker or similar warehouse position

• Experience or license in handling sit-down forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment

• Ability to read and write in English

• Great attention to detail

• Diligent and punctual

• Good physical strength and stamina

• Organized, takes initiative, driven, works independently, self-motivated, self-starter, pays attention to detail

• Proficiency in basic math counting

Work Environment

Join a company that handles a wide range of products, including personal care items, domestic and foreign confectionery, snacks, and beverages. We have direct relationships with manufacturers, allowing us to offer competitive prices. We distribute to the cruise line and hospitality industries. The work schedule is from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with a 30-minute lunch break.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
