Senior Financial Analyst

South Miami (Hybrid Work Schedule)

Salary: $80-$100k plus bonus

Exciting opportunity for a Senior Financial Analyst to prepare and analyze financial plans, forecasts, and reports, and support Service Sales with various business analysis needs.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide information to management by assembling and summarizing data, preparing reports, and presenting findings, analyses, and recommendations.

• Support the creation of monthly and quarterly reporting packages.

• Develop annual budget templates and coordinate the annual process.

• Perform monthly variance analysis, identifying trends, and providing associated commentary.

• Support Service Sales with Customer Business Reviews reporting and analysis.

• Analyze performance metrics using financial and statistical analysis.

• Use data visualizations to gain insight into key business drivers and operational effectiveness.

• Update monthly revenue and cash forecasts as needed.

• Provide support for monthly close activities.

• Assist in the integration of automated analytics across the organization.

• Perform ad hoc reporting/analysis as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance

• 3-5+ years of experience in Accounting or Financial Analysis.

• CPA or professional certification is a plus.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.

• Advanced financial modeling skills.

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Netsuite, and/or Power BI is a plus.

• Experience with an ERP or accounting software is required.

• Strong organization and time management skills.

• Comfort and flexibility adjusting to rapidly changing priorities.

• Detail-oriented and accurate.

• Willingness to be part of a team and cooperate in achieving departmental goals and objectives.
