Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparations for trade shows and conventions, and attend these events.

  • Provide comprehensive support for the sales team's administrative, technical, and clerical functions.

  • Handle additional Sales Assistant responsibilities as required.

  • Deliver prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries, ensuring superior service.

  • Generate sales reports and prepare materials for presentations.

  • Aid the sales department in promoting company products and services.

  • Organize and manage internal training sessions.

  • Coordinate order processing to ensure completion of all necessary steps.

  • Prepare communications and proofread documents for accuracy.

  • Arrange travel and meeting logistics.

    Requirements

Requirements:

  • Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish

  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing procedures and job assignments.

  • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals.

  • Preferred: 2+ years of experience as a Sales Assistant.

  • Proven project coordination abilities, excellent interpersonal skills, and the capability to work effectively with staff, clients, and vendors at all levels.
