Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all incoming phone calls.

• Handle various office filing processes and provide general filing support.

• Receive, review, and distribute incoming mail following specified procedures.

• Bring a sense of urgency and strong prioritization skills.

• Greet and assist visitors.

• Support other administrative staff with overflow work, including word processing, data entry, and Internet research tasks.

• Submit orders for office and kitchen supplies.

• Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills.

• Deliver excellent customer service and office administrative support.

• Be upbeat, smart, resourceful, solution-oriented, and tech-savvy.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Experience answering inbound calls and handling multi-line phone systems (1+ years preferred).

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Excellent written, verbal, and social communication skills.
