We are offering a contract to hire opportunity for a Bilingual in English and Spanish Receptionist in Miami, Florida. As a crucial part of our team, the Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our customers, answering multi-line phone systems, scheduling appointments, and performing data entry tasks. This role is an integral part of our operations, contributing to the smooth and efficient running of our front desk.

Responsibilities:

• Providing exceptional customer service to all visitors, guests, and employees.

• Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.

• Scheduling appointments diligently and accurately.

• Organizing files and maintaining a system for easy retrieval.

• Conducting data entry tasks with high attention to detail.

• Utilizing Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word for various administrative tasks.

• Managing email correspondence promptly and professionally.

• Utilizing strong interpersonal skills to foster a welcoming environment.

• Maintaining the reception area and ensuring it is clean and presentable.

• Performing other general receptionist duties as required.

Requirements

Bilingual in English and Spanish

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word

• Ability to handle a multi-line phone system efficiently

• Strong customer service skills and experience

• Familiarity with data entry and processing

• Ability to manage email correspondence professionally and effectively

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor

• Experience in organizing files and maintaining an organized workspace

• Ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars effectively.
