As a Bank Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting clients and visitors in a courteous and friendly manner as they arrive at the bank.

• Directing clients to the appropriate banking personnel or department based on their needs.

• Answering incoming calls, providing information, taking messages, and transferring calls to the appropriate staff members.

• Assisting clients with basic inquiries, account inquiries, and directing them to self-service options or banking representatives as needed.

• Managing the lobby area to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety regulations.

• Assisting in scheduling appointments for clients with banking officers or financial advisors.

• Handling incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

• Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records.

• Providing support during busy periods or special events, such as promotions or customer appreciation days.

• Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to bank security procedures at all times.

• Collaborating with other bank staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.

• Keeping up-to-date with bank products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to clients.

  Requirements

• Must be fully bilingual English/Spanish

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a banking or financial institution.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office suite.

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
