Responsibilities

We have an immediate full-time career opening at our growing company for an experienced Quality control

inspector. This person will perform daily inspections on multiple machined products and report findings back to

the Technical Support Engineer. This person will also consistently utilize CMM, visual inspection, and many hand

inspection tools (caliper, micrometer, gages, etc.)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Ensure incoming goods' dimensional conformity to drawings using all metrology equipment.

• Define and document key product characteristics with method engineering; implement CMM inspection criteria and procedures.

• Inspect products throughout the production cycle.

• Apply total quality management tools to analytical and reporting processes.

• Maintain an active role on internal continuous improvement teams.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to read and understand mechanical technical drawings.

• Proficient in CMM (Zeiss Contura) and measuring arm (FARO ARM) programming and usage.

• Proficient computer skills – Microsoft Office.

• Expert in metrology.

• Knowledge of GD&T tools.

• English & Spanish.
