Job Description

4 to 6 month contract

Hourly pay rate - 85/hr

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to partner with our business executives in refining and optimizing the companys management operating system. This role is critical for establishing frameworks and designing routines to govern and monitor operational performance, drive strategic execution, and ensure cohesive decision-making and communication across the organization.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with business executives to refine the management operating system, ensuring it aligns with the companys strategic vision and operational goals. You will develop and implement comprehensive frameworks for planning, monitoring, and assessing both operational and strategic objectives. Additionally, you will design governance routines to oversee operational performance, track progress on key initiatives, and facilitate timely decision-making at the executive level. Establishing processes for strategic execution will be essential, as you ensure initiatives are effectively prioritized, resourced, and tracked to completion. Finally, you will play a vital role in fostering consistent, transparent, and comprehensive communication across the leadership team and throughout the organization.

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ Program Management experience at an enterprise level

• Experience working with senior leadership in a global organization

• Proven track record in designing and implementing management operating systems, with deep experience in governance, performance management, and strategic execution frameworks.

• Strong understanding of global business operations and the complexities of multinational, matrixed organizations.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and align cross-functional teams around common goals.

• Experience facilitating high-level decision-making processes and supporting executive-level operational and strategic objectives. - Previous experience in operational strategy and organizational transformation.

• Expertise in Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies is highly desirable. null
