We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to join our dynamic team and oversee manufacturing operations at our Miami facility. The Production Manager will be responsible for coordinating production activities, optimizing workflow, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality aerospace products. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the production department to ensure efficient and timely output.

• Plan, coordinate, and manage production schedules, ensuring that products are delivered on time and within budget.

• Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards, company policies, and safety regulations.

• Supervise and lead production staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.

• Work closely with the supply chain, quality control, and maintenance teams to maintain production flow and resolve issues.

• Analyze production data and performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.

• Ensure optimal use of resources (personnel, equipment, and materials) to meet production targets and reduce downtime.

• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.

• Collaborate with senior management to align production strategies with company objectives.

• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, and promote a safe working environment.

• Manage budgets for the production department, ensuring cost-effective operations without compromising quality.
