As they continue to grow, they are looking for a talented Product Designer to join their Miami-based team, working in a hybrid in-office environment, to shape user-centric mobile experiences that engage their distinguished members.

We are seeking a skilled Product Designer to join the Miami office and drive the visual and functional design of our client’s mobile products. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and growth to create cohesive, luxurious mobile experiences. The ideal candidate brings a refined design sensibility, a strong foundation in mobile UX, and a passion for enhancing the luxury hospitality experience through engaging design.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent experience

  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Designer, focused on mobile applications

  • Proficiency in Figma

  • Solid understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design

  • Experience in developing and utilizing design systems

  • Proficient in creating high-fidelity prototypes and mockups

  • Strong visual design abilities, including attention to detail, typography, and layout

  • Experience with user research, usability testing, and data-informed design improvements

Responsibilities:

  • Design and prototype engaging user experiences for the mobile platform, emphasizing usability and luxury appeal

  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and marketers to align business goals with cohesive, user-friendly designs

  • Conduct user research and apply insights to enhance interaction and satisfaction

  • Develop and maintain a design system for consistent brand alignment across mobile products

  • Design visually appealing interfaces that reflect the brand’s luxury identity and connect with an upscale user base

  • Refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders, usability tests, and real-world usage data

  • Stay up-to-date on design trends, particularly within the hospitality and luxury sectors, to keep aesthetics fresh and competitive
