We're looking for a Logistics Specialist in Doral (33172) who has experience Inventory Managment, Air / Import / Export Freight Forwardng and keep our supply chain running smoothly. Responsibilities

  • Transportation Coordination: Plan, organize, and monitor the movement of goods from suppliers to customers, ensuring timely delivery.

  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and ensure that inventory is accurately recorded and maintained.

  • Supplier and Vendor Management: Communicate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of goods, resolving any issues that may arise.

  • Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in the logistics process and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and logistics activities; prepare reports and analyze data to inform decision-making.

  • Compliance: Ensure that all logistics activities comply with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.

  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to shipping, delivery, and product availability.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as procurement, production, and sales, to coordinate logistics activities and support business goals as well as the as Air, Ocean Freight fowarding teams.
