Description
We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Property Administrator role in Miami, Florida. The successful candidate will join our team on-site at a new property, working Monday to Friday, 8AM - 5PM. This role is crucial in our real estate industry, focusing on tasks such as showing units, answering tenant inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities:
• Facilitate property viewings for prospective tenants
• Respond to inquiries from interested tenants, providing detailed information about the property
• Manage and update tenant records using CRM and other software systems such as JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, Kardin, and ADP - Financial Services
• Perform various accounting functions, including but not limited to, handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Utilize accounting software systems for efficient property management
• Monitor tenant accounts and take appropriate action when necessary
• Oversee the billing functions related to tenant accounts
• Participate in the budget processes for the property
• Ensure all property-related information is up-to-date and accurate.

Requirements
• Proven experience as a Property Administrator or similar role in property management
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems and ADP - Financial Services
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Knowledge of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and Kardin software
• Solid understanding of accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Experience with billing functions and budget processes
• Familiarity with property laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field is a plus.
